Investing in people is a must at Nilorn and since the introduction of our Apprenticeship Scheme in 2010 we haven’t looked back.
At Nilorn we have a long running history of providing personal development opportunities and have taken on apprentices across all departments. We are proud to say our apprenticeship scheme has had a very high success rate.
The majority of our apprentices that successfully completed and qualified from their college courses, have gone on to full time employment within Nilorn UK.
The confidence in our apprentices is proven by the fact that 30% of our current workforce are either past or present apprentices. Currently we have 3 apprentices working with us who are all proving to be valuable members of the Nilorn family.
Over the years, we have built close relationships with a number of local schools and colleges by attending careers talks and seminars. We are now looking to invest in another enthusiastic member to add to our team in an Office Assistant role.
We will be visiting local schools to give presentations, where individuals will get to experience what Nilorn has to offer. We will also be attending the Keighley Careers and Jobs Fair on Friday 11th March.
