Spring has arrived, the flowers are blooming and the birds are chirping – which means that Easter is just around the corner. This year we have created a special Easter mailer to post out, designed in-house by our Creative team.
As always, we wanted to create something a little different from an ordinary greetings card using tactile print finishes and materials to give that wow factor. The card has been printed beautifully – combining traditionally lithographic and letterpress techniques – and even has a blind deboss.
Produced on two 270gsm GF Smith Colorplan boards in Ice White, laminated together, the card is shaped to look like a swing ticket – mimicking one of our core products. The front has a fantastic looking 2-colour letterpress print and subtle blind deboss pattern in the background, whilst the reverse has a sharp 4-colour lithographic print, featuring images of some of our latest branding concept collections.
The cards were hand finished and assembled in-house, strung with a natural twine string to give the card a suitable spring-like feel. It all comes carefully packaged inside a Colorplan Vellum White envelope with Matrix embossing. Take a look at the photos below!
