Sales

Q. What are you minimum order quantities?
A. 1,000 pieces per item for Woven Labels and Swing Tickets. 5,000 per item for Packaging and Trims.

Q. What are your lead times for printed tickets?
A. Approximately 20-30 working days for bulk production.

Q. What are your lead times for woven labels?
A. Approximately 20-30 working days for bulk production (sampling time not included).

Q. Can I get samples of my items before bulk production?
A. Not a problem, although this will extend lead times and could incur a charge.

Q. Do you have a London representative?
A. We have Sales Executives nationwide.

In-House UK Production

Q. What services do you offer?
A. Care labels, stickers, mono print tickets, variable data, bar-coding and more.

Q. What are your lead times?
A. Approximately 7-10 working days depending on product and finishes.

Q. Can security be added?
A. Yes. UV inks, NILORN SECURE, variable data and encrypted icons can be applied.

Q. How do you handle variable data?
A. We use data linked files supplied direct from the customer.

We have the latest technology plus our decades of knowledge and experience.

In-House UK Design

Q. What’s the best file format to supply artwork in?
A. Vector .ai or .pdf files with embedded images and outline/supplied fonts.

Q. Can I setup artwork in a specific way to “speed up” my order?
A. Yes. Please see our “A quick guide to supplying Artwork” in “Useful Docs” below.

Q. Do you just design tickets and labels?
A. No, we offer full branding solutions from logos, to trims and packaging too.

Q. I only have a basic design idea. Can you help?
A. Yes. We can help you develop your idea into a wide range of products.

Despatch

Q. What are your delivery lead times for stock items?
A. UK – 5pm next working* EU – 24 Hours* ROW – 48 HOURS*

Q. What delivery costs should I expect to pay within the UK?
A. £15 up to 15kg then 0.50p per kg after.

Q. What delivery costs should I expect to pay for exports?
A. All exports are charges by weight per country zone. Please contact us for price.

Q. Can express deliveries be arranged?
A. Yes, within the UK depending on postcode.

Q. What are your UK express delivery prices?
A. 09:30am – £40** 10:30am – £25** 12:30pm – £20**

* Dependent on location and relevant stock levels.
** Up-to 5kg then 0.50p per kg after.

Billing / Accounts

Q. How do I pay for my order as a new customer?
A. When a new customer places an order we send an “account opening form”.

Q. What will happen once I complete and return the “account opening form”?
A. We will advise payment terms, this may be proforma or a 30-day credit account

Q. How long to I have to pay my bill?
A. Credit terms are 30 days after date of invoice (for credit accounts).

Q. Do you accept credit card payments?
A. Yes, we accept all major credit and debit cards.
