Variable Data

Some labelling requirements involve fast turnaround and many changes such as size, colour and price. These can be included into your swing tickets, adhesive labels and fabric care labels using Variable Data Printing in our Bureaus located in the UK and Hong Kong.

Utilising the latest technology we can supply:-

Printed Pocket Plasters, Cigar Bands, and Garment Riders

Full colour Litho Printed Swing Tickets with single colour variable data i.e. Style, Size, Colour, Price and Barcode.
Printed care labels including colour logo and variable data information, a maximum of six colour logo and three colour variable data.
Adhesive labels such as Hanger Stickers, Size, Pips, etc. Barcodes can be included on all variable data products from price tags, adhesive labels to fabric care labels. All barcode symbologies can be printed

Fabric Labels

Garment care labels incorporating washcare information can be printed on many different fabrics from Polyester Satin to Herringbone Cotton. Up to six colours can be printed to the face of the label and one to the reverse.

Washable and dry clean resistant inks are used and alternative fabrics are also available for specific applications. Twin print labels can be ultrasonically cut and folded in line.

Fabric Labels are available in the UK, Hong Kong and Portugal.
