In order to show some material and product alternatives, Nilorn Group developed the concept range "EARTH" using recyclable, sustainable and environmentally friendly materials. Below are a few pictures of out EARTH range concept.
ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY
We believe it is important to take responsibility for the environment by selecting materials and means of transportation carefully. Our goal is to lower our environmental impact, and where possible, guide our customers to make a more environmental choice when choosing materials and considering logistics.
Environmental thinking should be a natural part of everyday activity. All our employees must be aware of the Nilorn environmental policy and be given basic environmental training during their induction, while the training of key individuals will be more extensive.
All our suppliers must have clear environmental programs, careful selection of materials and consideration of these requirements when developing new products.
EVERY LITTLE HELPS
Within our Nilorn UK offices, across all departments, we believe that every little helps when thinking of our environmental responsibilities. Paper wastage is a key concern. We use paper sparingly and when used we make sure that both sides are utilised. This may seem like a small step, but it all makes a difference. Not only has this reduced our paper consumption dramatically, but also when the paper is disposed of, we use an external ISO certified and secure paper-shredding company who shred all our waste paper on site to be recycled. Nilorn UK has saved the unnecessary use of well over 100 trees whilst abiding to this process. We also recycle all food packaging (where possible) that is consumed on site.
